Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. In the event of a mistake made on our end, we will make it our priority to fix it. Damaged, defective, or incorrect product(s) should be reported to us within fifteen (15) days of receiving your order. Please email us at info@honestheartco.com (include the order number, a detailed description and pictures of the damaged, defective or incorrect item(s) received. The item will be replaced or refunded. This policy is subject to change.
Processing & Shipping
We are a small business and appreciate your support. As such, most orders are processed within 3-5 business days or ordering. Due to the natural nature of most of our products, and because we are a small business, we ship on Tuesdays and Wednesdays only. We may ship on Mondays if needed during a holiday week; however, we do not ship on holidays. During times of heavy ordering, processing times may be increased. We will do out best at processing orders in a timely manner. Total time for receiving an order is processing time + shipping time.
We primarly use United States Postal Service (USPS). Orders over $100 ship for a flat rate of $10. If your order is less than $100, shipping cost is calculated based on the weight of your order. We offer domestic shipping only as this time, excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam and any other US territory (non-mainland). This policy is subject to change.

Information is used to provide a user-friendly shopping experience and process orders; it is not sold or given to other companies for gain.
